Stacey Laureyssens is theOriginalFace®. Stacey is a
dedicated Artist whom has trained with various professionals in the
industry and has been doing Makeup for Stage since 1997. She has worked
on films, music videos and fashion shows as well as photo shoots,
weddings, operas and burlesque performances in Toronto, around Ontario
and across Canada. Stacey’s goal is to help you express who you are on
the inside on the out side.

Investing in your Image today is the best way to secure your Future. As a
Performer it is important to have a personalized kit of Makeup to use on film,
photo shoots and auditions so you can always look your best. Investing in your
image is one of the best ways to market yourself as a Future Star.
Performers should always show up to Auditions looking like their Head Shots
because casting directors call the actor based on that first impression. If you
don’t look like your photo, you’re not the person they wanted to call in, and
you’re not the person they were looking for. This is one of the Most Important
things that Actors can do to help them get the Part but it is Highly
Overlooked. One of the top complaints by Casting Directors is that Actors
arrive to Auditions and Screen Tests without Makeup and not looking like the
image presented in their headshot.
Another important skill is to be able to do your own makeup
for those situations on set where for one reason or another, the actor is
required to do their own makeup before appearing on camera. Independent films,
low budget television, extra work, and even some commercials do sometimes
require a performer be prepared to do their own makeup. This seminar is two
days, looking good on camera lasts forever.
